Please Note - to enable me to confirm your booking I must receive a completed booking form and a copy of up to date vaccination record/s within 7 days of initial contact. (If it's a short notice booking, 2 weeks or less, then these must be received within 48 hours). I will provisionally put the dates in my diary and if I have not received the required documents within 7 days (2 days for short notice) I will try to contact you. If it is not possible to make contact with you, your booking will not be confirmed and will be removed from my diary. If you need a form posted to you please let me know.
